EXOTIC COCHIN SPECIALITY

Below are traditional dishes from Cochin City in Kerala known as 'Queen of the Arabian Sea' as this is where the backwaters are. Traders from' Kublai Khan Court introduced 'Cantilevered Nets' (Chinese Fishing Nets) to catch the fish. Also another importance region to Kerala cuisine is that of 'Malabar Coast', (The Spice Coast Of Kerala) with unique Arabian influences.
